Yes, we know, George Romero must be kicking himself in the ass right now for not thinking that one up first. But we're not kidding. That really is in the book. It's heartwarming. And nauseating. But it's very effective. And damn funny.
So, now you're asking yourself, "Where can I get my hands on this grey-matter-crusted gem of literary genius?" Well, the answer is simple, my literate friend. Like all of our previous story releases, this novel is being released as an Amazon exclusive e-Book, available here, for less than the cost of a Big Mac (And with at least half the risk of terminal heart disease!). Just follow the link, click a couple magic buttons, and presto, our new e-Book will be delivered to you immediately via Amazon. For those without Kindles, fret not, because you can still read this book on your computer. On the right hand side of the page we linked above, click the link that says 'Available on your PC,' right below where you Buy.
From here, you'll be directed to a page where you can download the Kindle program for your computer. Just download, install, and register (it's free), and from there, if you buy our book, Amazon will send it to your computer, rather than to a Kindle.
We really hope you enjoy the book. It's had a rough history, having been accepted and then bipolarly rejected from the biggest publishing house in the world. It's had so many false starts and unpredictable disasters with agents and editors that it even makes herpes seem reliable in comparison. And if you do like it (the novel, not VD) please do leave a rating on Amazon's website for us. You wouldn't believe how much this helps us sell books by climbing their bestselling algorithm ranks.
A big thank you to all of you who helped to fund this project via Kickstarter. We couldn't have done it without you. And thanks in advance to everyone who buys the novel. You all fucking rock.
And in the spirit of zombie madness, be sure to swing by our friend Zombies Everywhere's page too. He's a classy fella, and knows a thing or two about the undead. If you go to his page today, you can see an exclusive comic we created for his page this week in honor of our new book release. Also, sorry for the late mention, but thank you to Andrew Leon over at Strangepegs for his in-depth review of Brandon's new short story collection.
Cheers and stay classy, folks,
B&B

Just got mine and good luck!
ReplyDeleteCongrats!! I'm checking out the zombie comic now!
ReplyDeleteWell I was a Kickstarter fellow so yay I already have my cold, hard, digital copy of zombie smashing loveliness. You know I've never even considered how well being drunk could hide you from a zombie. We now have a new method of survival for ZD.
ReplyDeleteI got you boys on Kickstarter. Here's to many sales and future wealth!
ReplyDeleteGot it!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait, especially after finishing Hunter S. Thompson's book. I am normally not big on zombies but I have a feeling your version will be class, if not I send an mouldy muffin basket!
Congrats on the release! I have my copy. I'm going to get started on it as soon as I'm finished with the book I'm on now. Can't wait to laugh alone on the train and look like a psychopath!
ReplyDeleteOf course getting drunk! Why haven't they put that into practice on the Walking Dead? Congratulations on another release.
ReplyDeleteI'm already reading mine and left you a kickass review on Amazon yesterday!!!
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with your new book, guys! Remember us little people when you're rich and famous, eh?
ReplyDeleteCongrats! Hope your sales are many!
ReplyDeleteAwesome sauce, guys.
ReplyDeleteMay the seeds of your literary genius be fruitful. I will buy this as soon as possible!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Heading over to Amazon now..
ReplyDeleteYou guys are pumping out so many books lately I'm gonna go broke buying them all! I will get mine soon. Maybe not today, definitely not tomorrow, but very soon! I'll even write a review for ya just to show what a kick-ass supporter I am!
ReplyDeleteI got it from Kickstarter and have been reading it - I never thought zombie killing could be so much fun!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the release!!!
ReplyDeleteGoing to start it soon, as the kickstarting cat helped out at your mat.
ReplyDeleteOMIGOD how awesome! I've really got to invest in one of these Kindle gadgets ;) How else am I to enjoy these super awesome books without putting them on my computer!
ReplyDeleteSuper happy for you guys, your work are always something to look forward to. Hopefully I'll get my hands on this one too, soon.
ReplyDeleteOooh, I must get this. Drunken zombie survival sounds like my kinda stuff.
ReplyDeleteDrunken zombies? I don't know....... lol
ReplyDeleteWell, I want to make witty comments about not supporting the zombie genre, but, really, I'm just too tired this morning. I think my brain has gone on strike or some such.
ReplyDeleteAnyway...
I picked up my copy and will get to it as soon as I can.
And, no, Bryan, the book is a book I've been struggling through since, like, the beginning of June or something. I'm finally get to the end of it, though, so there will be a review of it soon.
Oh, and thanks for the shout!
ReplyDeleteI'm skipping my next trip to the taco truck to do some downloading. I've not even seen it yet, but I'm betting I'll be getting way more than my money's worth. Kindle for PC has been acting crazy on me, but I'll tackle that beast.
ReplyDeleteStumbling around drunk is the best defense. Genius tactic. Maybe that's how the brain-farmer takes care to shoo away the random zombie from his crops, drunken scare-zombs. Nah.
Read it, liked it, reviewed it. And yes, it was much better than 26 pages of Kate Middleton!
ReplyDeletegood luck with your book
ReplyDeleteDid it have to be zombies?
ReplyDeleteGotta backtrack and see what happened to Slim.
Congrats! Not only on this book, but on releasing so many books, on your own. You should add a list of the books you've released somewhere on the page so that those of us who are too broke to buy any books right now can go back and find the links and buy them later. haha
ReplyDeleteSuper awesome, guys! Love that you took the bull by the horns and published this thing! :)
ReplyDeleteWell that's a pretty damn awesome cover boys! Congrats! Can't wait to read this. Long time coming - very happy for you both.
ReplyDeleteGUH!

Like the cover! Congratulations to you both. I wish you the best with it...and I might emphasize, leaving reviews for authors on the big outlets helps them thrive and move onto the next book. Keep them coming.
ReplyDeleteVery cool, and congrats on getting it all together and getting it out for people to read!
ReplyDeleteI heard a hip hop song last night that talked about somebody's liver wearing SCUBA gear.
And I was so drunk at the time, I thought, "THAT is a fantastic idea."
This morning I realized there were some problems with carrying that great idea into actuality... But I'll win a Nobel Prize if I can manage to make it work.
And now y'all come out to tell everyone that we're better off drunk...
Oh yes. Zombies! I live for zombies! I'll be making this sweet sweet piece of literary magic my very own this evening- when I get home.
ReplyDeleteLOL. Can't wait to read it! :D
ReplyDeleteI now know how to survive the zombie apocalypse, drink a lot of beer all the time.
ReplyDeleteI hope there's a zombie love interest in there...
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with the new book! Looks interesting so far.
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely be buying that! Sounds like it would make an awesome film as well....
ReplyDeleteIt sounds amazing! Who the hell wouldn't want a dead flesh taco? Definitely getting it but have to wait till I'm out of the office and on the home computer.
ReplyDeleteFantastic. Something to add to my kindle library. I love the cover!
ReplyDeleteI'll be doing my review, soon! I just started it and am loving it so far!
ReplyDeleteAnd Bryan, awesome story at the Indie Chicks! That was really different and so very well written. Love it.
Have I said "you guys are awesome" before?
ReplyDeleteSurely I have. The book is excellent guys, you should be proud and the industry should mourn the fact they let is slip through their fingers.
